Bhupinder S Sood a former CPA qualified in 1996 is currently retired and practicing as an accountant in Nashville and provides accounting, payroll processing, consulting and preparation of tax return services to small and medium size business since 2011. Prior to this he was working as a Compliance Auditor for 6 years in State Of Tennessee for Charitable Solicitations Division and was responsible for compliance registration and non-profits compliance with the law. Starting 1997 till 2005 he was practicing as a CPA in Nashville where he managing IRS Audit preparation for clients, preparing financials, providing distinguished MIS reports and conducting major overhaul of accounting system. He started his career in 1974 in Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation as a Sales Tax Auditor for 8 years. From 1982-1997 he served as an Internal Auditor and was responsible to examine controls to prevent waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer property.

Mr. Shambhu Choudhary is a Senior Advisor for the firm, with nearly 15 years as a CA under his belt. He has experience in general accounting and finance, as well as auditing, commercial operations, taxation, and statutory compliance. Additionally, he has an expertise in managing and implementing tax and financial procedures to position companies for optimal benefits, and skill in maintaining and finalizing accounts as per statutory requirements. His previous work experience includes managerial work with SGS Tekniks Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. He possesses strong analytical and organizational abilities, and significant expertise in formulating accounting systems and procedures, preparing records and financial statements, and being able to maximize positive outcomes for our clients.
